Car Insurance Near Me: Finding the Best Local Coverage
Tumblr media
1. What is car insurance, and why do I need it?
Car insurance is a policy that provides financial protection against damages, theft, and liability arising from accidents or other incidents involving your vehicle. It is essential because most states legally require it, and it ensures you’re covered for repair costs, medical expenses, and legal liabilities.
2. What types of car insurance coverage should I consider?
Common types of car insurance coverage include:
Liability Coverage: Covers damages or injuries you cause to others.
Collision Coverage: Pays for repairs to your vehicle after an accident.
Comprehensive Coverage: Protects against non-collision incidents like theft, vandalism, or weather damage.
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage: Covers you if the other driver lacks sufficient insurance.
Personal Injury Protection (PIP): Covers medical expenses for you and your passengers, regardless of fault.
3. How can I find the best car insurance near me?
To find the best local car insurance providers:
Research Online: Search for “car insurance near me” and compare reviews.
Ask for Recommendations: Seek advice from family, friends, or colleagues.
Get Quotes: Request quotes from multiple local insurers to compare prices and coverage options.
Check Licensing: Ensure the provider is licensed and reputable in your state.
4. What factors influence car insurance rates?
The cost of car insurance depends on:
Driving Record: Accidents and violations increase premiums.
Age and Gender: Younger drivers and males often face higher rates.
Vehicle Type: Expensive or high-performance cars cost more to insure.
Location: Urban areas with higher traffic and theft rates lead to higher premiums.
Coverage Levels and Deductibles: More extensive coverage and lower deductibles increase costs.
5. What discounts are available for car insurance?
Many insurers offer discounts such as:
Safe Driver Discounts: For maintaining a clean driving record.
Multi-Policy Discounts: Bundling car insurance with home or renters insurance.
Good Student Discounts: For students with strong academic performance.
Low Mileage Discounts: For driving fewer miles annually.
Safety Features Discounts: For vehicles with airbags, anti-lock brakes, or anti-theft devices.

12 (Actually 13) Days of Captain Swan Fic Recs!!!
Tumblr media
And now here is Day 6 of my 12 (Actually 13) Days of CS Fic Recs!!! @zaharadessert specializes in turning the angst up to about a 12, but the payoff she gives makes all the pain to get there sooooo worth it!!! So here are my very favorites of her fics!!
Get Your Motor Running - Rated E - Emma Nolan is driving home to Storybrooke having finished college, when her car breaks down. With no cell service the only thing in walking distance is the local biker bar…
Canticum Sanguinis Lux - Rated E - Once, all Emma Nolan wanted was a normal life, but when she had a run in with a vampire as a teenager she realised that she couldn’t escape the life of a hunter. Now all she wants to do is prove herself, and she’s going to end up going above and beyond to be the hunter the world needs her to be.
The Halloween Gambit - Rated M - Bar wench and orphan, Emma Swan is taken captive to lure Captain Hook to the noose. Things don't turn out as her captors expect.
The Heart of the Savior - Rated E -
One night, in every corner of every magical realm, every boy aged nine to seventeen disappeared. Not one remained. That was when Pan made himself known to the realms, and from that night the eve of every boy’s ninth birthday meant their disappearance, until finally the realms demanded to know what he wanted to return their children to them. Pan told them he wanted the saviour, and while most realms were confused Snow and David knew what he meant and confessed the role their daughter was supposed to have played in breaking the curse. The realms voted and agreed to Pan’s terms, and Pan stopped taking the realms sons, holding the children he’d currently taken as insurance of their compliance.
For the next fifteen years Emma’s birthday wasn’t a celebration, it was another tick on the countdown clock to the end of her freedom. Not that she was ever free in the first place, but to save every male child in the United Realms including her younger brother, Leo… She understood that she had a job to do, and she would do her duty with her head held high. What she didn’t count on was the sparkling blue eyes of the man Pan sends to escort her to Neverland in time for her twenty-first birthday.
A Dream of Home - Rated E - Life with the Gold Pack has never been smooth sailing for Emma Swan, and things are getting worse now the pack leader's son has decided he wants her for his mate. Nothing she says or does seems to deter him, or deter his parents from encouraging the match. Emma's only hope is a promise someone made her seventeen years ago; a promise she's forgotten about in all but the deepest recesses of her dreams.
Fallen Angel - Rated M - Forced into a marriage she didn’t want with a man she didn’t love when her parents died, Emma Nolan did everything she could to make the best of it. But when he died, leaving her with an infant son, she realised the depths of his disregard for her and the sanctity of their marriage. Not only was he a gambler, he spent his winnings on his mistresses and left his young wife and with enough debt that she ended up in a workhouse. A workhouse which, like everything she used to own, has just been sold, and the new owner is coming by to survey his new purchase.
I Did Right series - Rated E -
chaos reigned supreme in Central Park yesterday, when the Mayor’s foster son was kidnapped in broad daylight under the supposedly watchful eye of hired staff. The mayor’s office has yet to make an official statement…
When Henry is kidnapped while Regina should have been taking care of him Emma is furious and resolves to do whatever it takes to get her son back. But will the CARD Agent sent by the FBI to help handle the case be more of a distraction than a help, or can he manage to be just enough of both to make this work?
All of Zahara's fics are fantastic, but these are my personal favorites. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have!! See you tomorrow for Day 7!!!

Part 5 💵 Bad Cop Masterlist 💵 Part 6
Tumblr media
The house is dark when you turn into the driveway. Tall trees on either side of the gravel pathway stretch endlessly into the cloudy morning sky, their thick canopies providing the car with cover from the rain that’s just starting to fall.
Jungkook leans pretty heavily against you as you walk him to the door, and your knock is a little clumsy while you struggle to keep your partner on his feet. A light flickers on in the window, and then the door suddenly wrenches open from the inside. A rather handsome man peers down at where you’re slumped under Jungkook’s arm.
“Holy shit, what the fuck happened?”
Seokjin is not an agent. Seokjin is a former combat medic. You’d met years ago on a tour in a foreign land. He’d saved your back and you’d saved his, more than once. The blood you’d shed together had formed an inseparable bond between the two of you that meant more to you than your actual family. Which is why you’re here, in the middle of the night, holding a man who is slowly bleeding out all over his doorstep.
“For fuck’s sake, come in, I just bought that mat.” Seokjin ushers the two of you inside, glancing around. His house is fairly secluded, the copse of trees bordering the property protecting him from prying eyes, but he’s been in enough battles to know that you can never be too cautious.
He leads you and Jungkook into his living room, ordering you to help your partner onto the couch. He disappears for a moment and returns with a first aid kit - not the kind you’d find at your local pharmacy but one meant for the battlefield. You don’t ask why he has one so readily available. You know what it’s like to be haunted by war; always prepared for the day those ghosts might return.
You also don’t ask why he happens to have a small freezer in his basement where he keeps bags of blood. After he’d retired from the armed forces, Seokjin had gone into private practice. You have no idea just how “private” that means, what type of clientele he might be stitching up, accepting payment under the table instead of involving insurance. Or cops. It might be your place to ask, considering you’re a federal agent, but right now you’re not about to look a gift horse in the mouth - not when Seokjin’s busy saving Jungkook’s life.
Afterward, as Jungkook sleeps, blood slowly being transfused back into his strong body, Seokjin makes you some tea and he sits in the kitchen as you stand and sip, staring out the window at the rain.
“Do you want to tell me what happened?” he asks gently, rubbing a hand over the scruff on his chin. You haven’t even apologized for waking him so early.
“No,” you reply honestly, but then you tell him, as much as you can without compromising your mission. As if it hadn’t already gone to hell anyway. You talk and talk, and soon it’s not the details of the job you’re describing, soon it’s how things between you and Yoongi started, how they progressed, how they ended - in bullets and blood.
Seokjin is quiet once you run out of words. He drums his long fingers on his placemat, watching the spoon resting there as it bounces from the rhythm. “Well, to be honest, that’s not the worst break-up you’ve ever had,” he drawls after a few seconds.
“Fuck off,” you snap, but your lips twitch of their own accord. He’s not wrong. “It wasn’t a real relationship. It was all part of the plan.”
“Is that so?” Seokjin levels you with a sober look. “Then why are you here, wearing a groove into my kitchen floor with your pacing, while your partner drains my last bag of O neg? Was that part of the plan, too?” When you don’t respond, he plows on. “Because it seems to me that you went a little too deep this time. Got a little too entangled. Would you say that’s accurate?”
“Sir, yes sir,” you chirp sarcastically, saluting him with your middle finger. Seokjin’s eyes crinkle as he laughs, and for one brief second, you’re back in the field, joking with your friend, and not sitting in his house panicking while your mission goes up in flames. But then you hear Jungkook stirring in the other room, and Seokjin’s laughter fades as he rises to check on his patient.
Seokjin, as always, is right. You’d gone too deep this time. Let yourself believe the lie. As much as you didn’t want to admit that you could be compromised, you knew the truth. You’d fallen for Yoongi, and now you had to clean up the mess you’d made, before anyone else got hurt.
Even if it meant breaking your own heart.
Seokjin wanders back into the kitchen. “The transfusion is almost complete, but he’s gonna need to rest for a while longer.”
“Can he - “
“He can stay here, that’s fine.” Seokjin looks so tired. You wonder how you must look. Probably about half dead. “But what are you going to do now? Call for backup?”
You shake your head and reach into your satchel, pulling out the box from Yoongi’s safe. Inside, as you’d expected, lies a key.
“No. I’m gonna finish what I’ve started.” Jimin’s face flashes through your mind and your vision goes red. And then Yoongi’s, and your heart pangs, even as you make your vow. “I’m gonna bring him down.”
Tumblr media
Yoongi hates this.
He hates hiding. His safe house isn’t nearly as luxurious as his other house or the vacation home he’d just bought on the bay. Most of the rooms here are nearly empty, save for a random couch or table. Except for the one room that is fully stocked with guns and ammunition, along with a small safe stashed with emergency cash. But beyond that, the house is bare. It’s not meant to be a long-term residence, he knows, but he hates it anyway.
He also hates not having his daughter with him. He’d called Da-som’s friend’s mother at dawn and told her that he had to go out of town for work suddenly and asked if she could look after her for a few days. Not having her by his side fills him with anxious energy, makes him want to claw his skin off. He hopes this won’t take more than a day or two.
But that. That’s the thing that he hates the most - not knowing. Not knowing where you are, or what your plan is, or how any of this will end. Makes him feel weak. Powerless. Like he used to be.
Like when Da-som’s mother left him.
He fucking hates feeling powerless. He will not go back.
From his perch on the table that serves as the sole furniture in this room, Jimin watches him stalk back and forth, like a tiger prowling his cage. He doesn’t say anything to Yoongi, likely not wanting him to bruise his throat again. Jimin’s developed a bit of a squeak when he laughs, and it has not amused him in the slightest. Although Yoongi thinks it’s pretty funny.
The burner phone in Jimin’s pocket buzzes and he flips it open. “Any sign?”
Yoongi halts in his tracks, waiting.
Jimin sighs. “Fine. Just keep looking.” He tosses his phone on the mahogany surface, merely shaking his head at the older man.
Yoongi resumes his steps. Where the fuck did you go? You couldn’t have gotten very far in Jungkook’s police cruiser. It never returned to the station, and Yoongi’s goons are sweeping the area under his orders. But even though he has everyone searching for you, you’re nowhere to be found.
“We’ll find them,” Jimin finally speaks. “It’s just a matter of time.”
“Time is running out,” Yoongi spits back. The longer you’re gone, the more likely it is that you’ve called in reinforcements. Set a trap in motion. He can’t just sit here and wait for the walls to close in on him.
He needs to move.
“Listen, I nailed the kid, so he’s undoubtedly slowing the two of them down. We’ve got guys watching the hospitals, the clinics, every medical center in a 100 mile radius - there’s no way they’ll get past us to get him some help.” Jimin smoothly slides off the table, brushing dust from the sleeves of his button-down shirt. “We just have to be patient.”
Yoongi immediately pounces forward, pressing Jimin back into the wall behind him. He doesn’t touch the younger man, but holds him in place with the intensity of his stare.
“No. I’ve been patient. For five fucking years now, I’ve waited to take my place at the top of the chain in this goddamn city. And now that I’m here, I’m not going to fucking hide and wait any longer. YN-” he curses silently at the slip-up, “she isn’t going to take everything from me.”
“What are you saying?” Jimin asks, wincing at Yoongi’s glare. The usual sociopathic gleam in Jimin’s eye is dimmed under the older man’s gaze. He’s terrified right now.
“There’s a key in that safe that she stole. It belongs to another box, where I have kept a very important list. Among other things.” If only he hadn’t kept that safe at his house. If only he hadn’t brought you there. If only you were who you said you were. “I’ve got to get to that list. It’s the only thing that she needs to bring this all down.”
“And you think you can get to it first?”
“No.” Yoongi laughs, a cold, ugly sound that sends chills down Jimin’s spine. “I’m sure she’ll beat me to it. In fact, I’m counting on it.”
For the first time in hours, Jimin grins. “Okay, so an ambush, then?”
Yoongi nods.
“You know I’m in. But… everything you just said, how you just got all this power…” Jimin pauses, considering his words very carefully, “are you prepared to lose it all just to beat her?”
“I’d rather lose it all in a blaze of glory than have that bitch steal it from me,” Yoongi retorts, ignoring the stab of pain in his chest when he snarls the word ‘bitch.’ Stop it, you pussy. Stop pretending like she means anything, he berates himself.
“Blaze of glory? Fuck yeah, let’s go.” Jimin pulls his handgun from his holster and cocks it.
Yoongi smirks. “Let’s burn.”

How to Disappear - Chapter 3
Soldier Boy (The Boys) x OC
Tumblr media
Word count: 4220 words
Summary: Eden Reid can't help her curiosity, and Soldier Boy can't help but take advantage of that curiosity.
WARNINGS: Cursing, substance abuse, minor violence
Chapter 1 - Chapter 2 - AO3 Page

Chapter 3: Out of the Woods
What Ben – correction, Soldier Boy – did to Eden, really was a pain in the ass. A real fucking pain in the ass, and Eden will never forgive him for it.
Running away from a woman’s home after having sex with her, before she is even awake, hurts.
But what hurts more is forcing said woman into a situation where she has to lie to some jackass insurance agents about how she was somehow robbed while asleep, and the thieves in question only decided to steal her little old Mazda, which she had bought almost a decade ago, and now consisted of so many spare parts that it might as well be Frankenstein. On top of that, some officers from the local station had to inspect her home to file the report, and no matter how much Eden tried to clean, the smell of dope still lingered, which was humiliating.
It was a small miracle that her claim was actually approved.
Turns out in the case of theft, insurers will only cut a check for the current value of the car, regardless of how comprehensive the insurance is, and how much of a premium Eden paid for it. And unfortunately for Eden, her Mazda was not really worth all that much.
Motherfucker.
In the weeks that passed, Eden found herself cursing Soldier Boy for the mess he’d made for her. But as angry as she was at the ex-hero, she was angrier at herself, for getting herself into such a mess.
She decided to help a Supe and she had only herself to blame, and worst of all, she knew better, for that was the very reason that she dropped out of college and decided not to pursue a career as a Supe herself.
Eden only got angrier when their last moments together came to mind. The feeling of his warm skin against hers, the sweet nothings he spoke into her ears, the way he filled her up whole. Fuck him. Eden now absolutely despised him, for the way he makes her feel, and for inconveniencing her life.
Who the fuck steals nowadays.
And so, after dipping into her meager savings and taking some PTO (not that she had any other choice, as she literally could not go to her workplace), Eden became the proud owner of yet another Mazda, this time an even older second-hand model in a navy color, and after a week of lots of walking and terrible public transport, Eden was finally able to return to work, where she was greeted by the ire of her co-workers (Matt was not happy by the increased workload on his plate due to her absence), and the bitching of her manager, Leslie, who went on and on about how he had mistakenly thought Eden was more of a team player. Fuck them too.
Work itself continued on as normal.
Eden worked in a private IVF Clinic in East Brunswick, and during her nine-to-five, she pretty much only greets patients and their partners, handles the telephone whilst managing records and accounts. A normal job for a normal person, that’s all Eden was looking for.
Eden also liked that her job was not strenuous or intense, and as the weeks passed, and December neared, Eden slowly started to forget about Soldier Boy. Work and her now tight budget distracted her, and Eden hated to admit it, but the car payments she had to deal with on top of constantly rising fuel prices and bills were starting to get to her, in a way they didn’t before.
Eden never had many good friends, because to Supes, friends are just tools to be used and discarded, and since moving to Jersey, Eden never tried to make any. But now, she wished she had someone to talk to, because the stress of life was getting to her. She woke up feeling exhausted, food made her feel nauseous, and every time she used her new car, a new problem seemed to arise.
The car seemed to use more fuel than her old one, the radiator started leaking, the sensors began to malfunction. Eden now visited the mechanics at least once a week, because her new car was a gift that just kept on giving.
The young brunette was not having a good time. And not that Eden would ever admit it, but the man she provided refuge for woke up something in her that was dormant before, the part of her that craved the affection and company of another.
Maybe that’s why when Felix, one of the younger mechanics from the Royal Auto Service Centre, asked her out on a date, Eden said yes without a second thought.
And maybe that’s why after a couple glasses of wine their dinner at a restaurant by the Raritan River, Eden found herself in his studio apartment in the city, under his sheets with him.
Felix was from Jersey and worked in the Centre with his cousins and guys he grew up with on the block. Unlike Soldier Boy, his hair and eyes were dark, and he spoiled her from the very start. At first, it was discounts for the work done on her car.
“Consider it the friends and family discount.”
“So, I’m your friend.”
“Maybe you can be something a little more.”
And it didn’t stop there. Felix would bring coffee to Eden during her lunch break, never let her pay for anything, and though a little corny, Felix never failed to compliment her.
“You look so beautiful.” “I love your smile.” “Your hair looks great today.”
The compliments were never ending. Eden was never insecure about her appearance, but he did make her feel good. He always looked out for her, and whenever she felt faint or ill, he never failed to take care of her, making them stay in and take it easy after work.
However, Eden did wonder if they were moving too fast. Barely three weeks into their relationship, and Eden was staying more nights in his studio than in her own bed. She had already met his friends and sister, Maria, and saw him practically every day.
And no matter how wonderful he was to her, Eden couldn’t help but compare him to Soldier Boy and even her only ex, Alex, who she tried to forget. Felix was not as well-built and sensual as Soldier Boy, but he cared more about her pleasure in bed, and actually, he reminded her of Alex before they broke up years ago.
Felix was nice, he was good to her, so why couldn’t Eden stop comparing him to the others.
Tumblr media
It was near midnight on a Saturday, while Eden was with Felix in a noisy bar downtown, when she received a call from an unknown caller. Eden had cut contact with her family and anyone else she knew before dropping out of college, so getting calls to her personal number was abnormal for Eden.
“Be right back babe.”
Eden excused herself from the table where she and Felix sat, along with his co-workers, Jared and Rafael, and their wives, Lisa and Elena. As she stood up, Eden showed Felix her phone, to show she was going to be answering a call, before kissing Felix’s cheek and leaving traces of her rosy lipstick on his skin. Eden could feel judgmental eyes on her, but tried to ignore it as she stood, pulling down her dress and grabbing the coat on her chair, before heading out of the bar, to the smoking area.
A part of Eden was happy to have an excuse to leave the group and have a moment to herself.
The group have known each other for over a decade, and the couples there were high school sweethearts, and as far as Eden could tell, completely normal. Eden had gone out with them before, but she had never been entirely at ease. She got along with Jared and Rafael well enough, and they worked in the Centre as mechanics with Felix, and had the joy of working on her car (which was only a joy because they got to mock her for it).
Lisa and Elena, on the other hand, were not so friendly with her, often excluding her from conversation, and Eden could not do anything about it. Felix tried to reassure her, telling her that they probably didn’t trust her yet, and to give it some time.
With a small smile, Eden stepped into the freezing cold, which was only bearable because of the red wine in her system. The young brunette was met with the stench of cigarettes and a bunch of smokers, who glanced in her direction before continuing with their own conversations.
At first, Eden let the call pass, having not reached outside before the ringing ended. But the unknown caller called again, and this time, Eden managed picked up the phone.
“Hi sweetheart, it’s me.”
A cocky, self-assured voice that Eden remembered all too well spoke into her ear, and Eden’s smile suddenly dropped. The young brunette was silent for a heartbeat, before she impulsively responded, tone full of spite.
“Fuck you.” Eden heard a deep chuckle on the other side of the line, which only infuriated her even more.
“Don’t break my heart and tell me you forgot already. You already fucked me, doll.”
“And holy fucking Christ, why did I? You are literally a hundred and something year old and still act like a fucking man-child.”
To Eden’s irritation, her insults make Soldier Boy laugh even more.
“That’s not very nice to say. You used to be so sweet to me, doll. What happened?”
Eden’s eyes widened at his shamelessness, and as her voice raised, the spectators around her started to pay attention, reveling in the drama that was unfolding before them. Eden spat practically each and every syllable, but Soldier Boy only found amusement in her reaction.
“I don’t know, maybe I’m annoyed because some fucked-up bastard stole my fucking car. Oh wait, that was you, you fucking prick. You make me sick to my stomach.”
“I sure do.” Soldier Boy responded still laughing, words slightly slurring into one another. “Don’t worry sweetheart, I'm just borrowing. You’ll get a replacement later.”
“Forget it, I don’t need a fucking thing from you. Do me a favor and never contact me again, because trust me, hell will freeze ten times over before I have the remotest desire to hear from you again. As far as I’m concerned, your jackass is dead to me. In fact, we’ve never fucking met.”
Eden heard a clicking sound from the other line, as though Soldier Boy’s amusement had worn off and he was scolding her, like a parent does to a child, clicking their tongue against the roof of their mouth.
“Are you done with your tantrum, doll?”
Eden’s eyes widened in infuriation, and she ended the call without second thought. The young brunette could feel eyes staring at her, and as her phone rang again, she looked up and glared at the first person her eyes met; a blonde girl who barely looked legal, stood with a couple men, who looked twice her age. Eden couldn’t help but snap at them.
“Are you all entertained? Mind your own fucking business.”
Eden’s ringtone still dominated the acoustics of the smoking area, the sound of which made Eden want to smash her phone into the exposed brick wall behind her. Instead, Eden declined the call, swiftly blocked the number, before switching off her phone.
Try fucking calling me now, asshole.
From the corner of the eye, a lit cigarette was offered in her direction, and looking up, Eden saw it was the blonde girl she snapped at mere minutes ago, who had walked up to her, to offer some emotional support. Although Eden wasn’t a smoker, she still enjoyed the occasional cigarette, and it was very much needed now, so she took the cigarette, offering a grateful smile.
“Tough breakup?”
As Eden inhaled the cigarette, she choked, not because she wasn’t a smoker, but at the notion of her and Soldier Boy sharing anything like a relationship. Before answering though, Eden deeply inhaled the cigarette she held again
“A breakup would imply that we were together. Which we weren’t.” The blonde girl charismatically laughed, her blue eyes looking at hers in understanding.
“Been there, done that. You’re better off without him girl.”
“I definitely am.”
Eden responded in agreement, hugging herself to provide some relief from the cold, as she answered. Right on cue, she saw Felix walk up to them, smiling and flushed from his drinking. As he saw the cigarette in her hand, his smile faltered and brows slightly furrowed.
“Everything alright babe?”
“Yeah, all’s good.”
Eden nodded, before dropping the cigarette and stamping on it with her boot. She started to feel lightheaded, but tried to not let it show. Looking back at the young blonde girl, Eden mustered up a smile.
“Thanks for the cig. Have a good night.”
“You too, take care of yourself.”
The girl responded, smiling knowingly as her eyes darted between Eden and Felix, before walking back to her group.
“What took you so long? Who called?” Felix asked inquisitively, as he wrapped an arm around Eden, his warm body providing refuge from the cold as he guided her back into the bar. Eden couldn’t tell him the full truth, but she also didn’t have to completely lie, yet she did so anyway, without remorse.
“Wrong number. Don’t know how, but I ended up chatting with that girl, and lost track of time I guess.”
As Eden finished with her weak lie, in front of the bar, she turned to face Felix and gently tugged at his wrists, pulling him in for a kiss, to which he happily obliged. The kiss was deep, and though the bar was crowded, Eden felt like she was being watched, just as she had been in the smoking area.
Dismissing her paranoia, which was probably spurned by that prick, Eden tugged Felix until there was no space between them, making him laugh at her affection, and Eden laugh in return as well.
Tumblr media
Mondays are always rough, but this Monday was particularly cruel to Eden.
In between the freezing cold, feeling weak and nauseous and dealing with a shitty work environment, Eden was clearly having a wonderful workday. And to make the day even better, Dr Andrews called in sick right at opening time, so Eden had the pleasure of dealing with cancellations, rescheduling, and angry clients who were tired of waiting for their delayed appointments with a now different doctor. Oh, and her only co-worker, Matt, decided to skip work that day as well.
“My appointment was at one, but it’s already half past two.”
“This is ridiculous, we have known Dr Patel for years, just let him know Nina and Christopher here.”
“I have waited for over an hour, this is unacceptable, and you’re not helping. Where is your manager?”
The complaints kept going, the phones just kept ringing, and Eden was struggling to handle it all. She even missed her lunch hour, as the clinic did not close for the hour, and Eden was running on no fuel, as she felt too nauseous to eat breakfast in the morning.
Eden was strong though, that is literally her ability, so she willed herself to persevere. Some days are more challenging than others, but they’re not impossible, or that’s what Eden tried to remind herself.
But it was during emergency broadcast being played on the TV in the lobby, Eden lost it.
It was the late afternoon, the lobby was finally emptying out, and Eden was busy dealing with the final clients of the day, exhausted, when an emergency broadcast by the Vought News Network captured the attention of everyone in the lobby.
“Good evening, thank you for joining us. Breaking news out of the capital today, only hours ago. Deadly blast outside of Ford's Theatre, killing at least 14, injuring at least 29. Police are still investigating the incident, but the leading theory is that it is an unfortunate pipeline accident. We turn now to Vought News Network’s Chief Domestic Correspondent, Bradley Hunter – Bradley.”
“Liam, it was during the afternoon performance of A Christmas Carol, when during the closing act, a huge explosion went off. Officials are still investigating the source of the explosion, but it is assumed that due to the building being old, it was an unfortunate gas pipe accident, but this will take time to investigate as the site has been severely impacted.”
The reporter stopped speaking for a moment, and Eden, who’s eyes were glued onto the TV along with the handful of people in the lobby, were met with screenshots of a well-built man in blurry video, and the figure was a very familiar one to Eden.
Eden’s heart dropped and stomach churned as a high-definition image of a well-built brown-haired man, dressed in his famous Supe costume, appeared on the screen.
“There have been videos circulating across the Internet of what appears to be a now-not deceased Soldier Boy, who we know in the past had gained the ability to self-explode due to dangerous Soviet experimentation, but we at the Vought News Network need to clarify that this is fake news. Our tech and video verification analysts have been able to confirm that the video involves AI-generated content, so Soldier Boy…”
As the supposedly fake video of Soldier Boy leaving the burned down theatre started playing on the TV screen, Eden’s head started uncontrollably spinning, and quickly, the TV and lobby noises started fading away.
Tumblr media
Bright lights blinded Eden, and as she forced open her eyes, she was met with the concerned look of a blonde man in scrubs in front of her, who then proceeded to smile.
“Ah, finally you’re awake. You had us worried. Miss Reid, can you please open your mouth for a moment.”
Disorientated, Eden did as she was asked, and a quick checkup of her state was done by the man. “My name is Dr Williams, and I’ll try to be quick.”
Eden, sat in a bed, realized she was in the emergency room, as fluorescent lighting shone on her, and a makeshift curtain-walls surrounded her, and the man in front of her, Dr Smith, read his clipboard as he spoke.
“About twenty-five minutes ago, you were brought here from your workplace, from a fainting spell. You had lost consciousness, and it was unclear whether you had hit your head on anything. Upon the examination by the EMTs and myself, we have determined it unlikely, as we do not see any point of impact, and your cognition appears to be in normal condition.”
The blonde doctor pauses for a moment and meets her eyes.
“Have you had any fainting symptoms earlier today or this week? This could include any dizziness, light-headedness, nausea, and/or heightened stress levels.”
“Well, for the past three-to-four weeks, I, uh.” Eden pauses for a moment, feeling unfamiliar nerves kick in. “I’ve been feeling weak, light-headed, and uh, nauseous. But I assumed that I caught a bug or something.”
“It says here on your file that you are Super-abled, and that you have increased strength which reflects onto your immunity. When was the last time you were ill?” Eden furrowed her brows at this.
“I’m not sure, it’s been a long time.” Eden genuinely could not remember and was starting to feel worried. To this, Dr Williams hummed before responding with another question.
“Forgive me, I do not mean to be intrusive. When was the last time you had your period?” Eden quickly realized where this was going, and started to feel worried.
“More than a month ago – but I have an IUD, and my menstrual cycle hasn’t been regular in years. And my partner always wears protection.” Dr Williams hummed again, before finally responding.
“Well, it doesn’t hurt to check. We will get some blood sample analysis completed, and conduct a standard pregnancy test just to make sure, as there is still the possibility of pregnancy even with an IUD. Do you have someone you can call, maybe your partner?”
Tumblr media
“Are you sure you want to be alone tonight, babe?”
Eden was sat in Felix’s pickup truck, parked in front of her cabin. The moment her boyfriend had heard that she was in the ER, he had practically sprinted their himself, and did everything to make her feel better. According to him, he felt guilty for not noticing that she was unwell to begin with, and he had even gotten Rafael and Jared to bring her Mazda to her cabin while she was at the hospital.
It was dark, past nine PM, and Eden felt depleted. After waiting for the test results, and having one final consultation with Dr Williams, Eden felt like she was living outside of her body, and even the extortionate hospital bills haven’t affected her, because in her bag, she had pamphlets which made her want to faint all over again.
Shaking her head and leaning over to the driver’s seat, Eden kissed Felix, before responding, while putting on her coat.
“It’s okay, I don’t want to burden you. Lab results say it’s just iron deficiency, but to be safe, I’ll take a day or two off to recover. The doctor prescribed bed rest, but with you around, I won’t be able to get any of that.”
This made Felix grin and shake his head, before pulling Eden into another passionate kiss, with a grip so strong that Eden had to use a little bit of her Supe-strength to pull away, surprising him.
“I’ll be fine on my own, you don’t have to worry about me.” Eden said, before quickly opening the door and leaving the car, not giving her partner the time to respond. And as she stood on her front porch, waving goodbye at him, it took everything in her not to throw up.
This time though, Eden knew that she needed to throw up not because of nerves, but because somehow, she managed to be the less than one percent of people with an IUD, who had managed to get pregnant.
And in her bag, there were countless pamphlets, about every fucking topic possible with regards to pregnancies. Prenatal nutrition, exercise during pregnancy, managing pregnancy discomforts, preparing for labor and deliver, abortion clinics in the area.
Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck.
The thoughts run rampant in Eden’s head, so much so that as she entered the cabin and switched on the lights in her home, heading straight to the kitchen, she failed to notice a large, bearded man sitting on her living room sofa.
“Ahem.”
Eden’s heart practically jumped out of her throat as she dropped her bag, its contents spilling out, and when she quickly turned to face the source of the sound, she was met with a man who literally scared the living shits out of her. She screamed almost immediately.
“Jesus, get out!”
Eden immediately grabbed the kitchen knife that was in its holder on the counter, and watched as the man stood there, not affected whatsoever by her screaming and threatening gesture. Instead, he started to speak theatrically, in an over-the-top Australian accent which made Eden even more disorientated.
“Now calm down, love. We are civilized folk after all. I just want to have a little conversation you, and then I can be off on my merry-way.”
As he spoke, the man slowly stepped closer to Eden, almost cornering her, which made her feel more frantic and fearful. Eden said nothing, and stepped back towards the hallway as he approached, still waving the knife in her hands in the air.
“Who the fuck are you! Why the fuck are you in my house?”
Eden’s focus was entirely on the man before her, who now started smiling at her.
“Who I am is not important, but I do need to ask. How does a nice girl living in the woods and working as a receptionist get tied up with a grizzled cunt like Soldier Boy?”
At the mention of Soldier Boy, Eden immediately lunges at her intruder, knife in hand, but he quickly knocks it out of her hand, and the knife skids to the other end of the living room. Eden didn’t let it affect her, as she immediately punched the man in his stomach, and immediately he falls to the ground groaning.
Eden wasn’t an idiot and told no one about Soldier Boy. She knew it was not a good thing that the man before her came to ask her about him. And he seemed crazy, especially at that very moment, when he started talking loudly, as though to someone else.
“Alright then, I fucking tried. Now can we wrap this up before she breaks my fucking ribs.”
In the blink of an eye, Eden felt herself tackled to the ground by someone much stronger than she was, and a rag was violently pressed against her face, and no matter how hard she thrashed and tried to push herself off, she was unable to.
As she faded out of consciousness, the intruder and another man stood above her, moving their lips, but Eden couldn’t hear or understand anything.

A couple insurance agents show up from local offices to get a firsthand look at the mess and touch base with whichever athletes are clients. The woman representing Andrew's agency must have brought a cheat sheet with her, because she greets the cousins by name and expresses sympathy for going through this a second time. While she chatters and takes notes and pictures of her own, tow trucks roll onto the scene and begin the slow process of hauling every car to repair shops.

Listen to me, as someone who used to work in health insurance billing and customer service, I have seen some fucked up things. My best paid claim from insurance was over a million dollars billed. You know how much worker's compensation insurance paid? 700k. The rest of 300k+ was a write off. I don't want to think about what would have happened if my patient didn't get hurt on the job. I wish they hadn't gotten injured given what happened to them, but it is what it is sadly. If that patient would have had a copay and coinsurance, I am sure the bill would have been outrageous. That's fucked up. I don't want to think about what would happen if the ACA is walked back. Lifetime maximums? Go fuck yourself.
I also worked for a company that made custom prosthetics for children. I actively watched them hike their prices so that they could get more out of parents/renegotiate prices with insurance. The prosthetics weren't always covered by the insurance either. Texas Medicaid? You better have a generous relative because the prosthetic was not covered under any circumstance. That would leave parents with a bill of 1600 to 3400 depending on the state to get a prosthetic that their child really might need. Fucked up.
Don't get me started on supplemental insurance either. Worked there too doing customer service. I got really good at looking at the billing codes to see what was covered and what wasn't. Observation for 23 hours and 59 minutes in the ER? Too bad, you need 24 hours to get paid out. And cancers and heart attacks, oh my god. Carcinoma in SITU? Welp, it's not classified as malignant yet, so no cancer payout for you. Minor heart attack? It has to be a major heart attack for that to be covered. Someone died in a car wreck with a BAC over like 0.08? Sorry, you're not getting that life insurance payout. It's fucked up. Soul sucking work.
I get why someone would have done something about it. (Luigi is still innocent until proven guilty, so I am not blaming him at this time.) For profit healthcare is a scam. It's not just the insurances, it's the for profit healthcare systems too, including hospital systems, pharmaceutical companies owned by the insraunces, and the medical equipment supply companies. It's the for profit hospitals who bill an elastic bandage at 35 dollars (!!! Just looked this up on my local for profit hospital system's chargemaster, jesus christ!) so they can get the tiniest bit of a higher payout than what it is worth from people who lack insurance. It's the drug companies owned by the insurances who hike up prices. It's the durable medical equipment companies who think they can get away with charging outrageous prices for any sort of assistance device. It's not the independent doctors who are trying to run an office (usually). It's not the nurses who are just trying to do the best they can while being underpaid and overworked so that the for profit system can do it's job for the shareholders. And it certainly is not the poor customer service agent you are screaming at over the phone. Policies are policies, which means that the customer service agent's hands are basically tied. All the red tape. It's insane. It's the bloated for profit healthcare system that is to blame for our problems.
Elizabeth Warren and other Senators have currently proposed a bill that would break up healthcare conglomerates and force them to sell off their stakes in pharmaceuticals. This would possibly be a game changer. Health insurances would have to negotiate with pharmaceutical companies to get the best prices on drugs. Because we know they don't want to pay. It wouldn't benefit them to recommend a higher cost drug anymore. That money wouldn't be going in their pockets. I highly suggest you look at the information behind the bill as it develops. I have also read there is a similar bill that was just proposed by the House too.
Please, contact your representatives. Tell them about the Senate's Patients Before Monopolies Act. Get impassioned and tell them what it would do for you. You voted for them, tell them what you want. These are your representatives. And if they don't care, try your hardest to fire them next go around. Healthcare is of the utmost importance to the people. It's literally a life or death situation at times. More people should care because it affects everyone. The time is now, it's time to push for a better future.
P.S. Please don't yell at the customer service workers. It's not their fault. It's a shitty job with shitty moments. I've cried with people because something wasn't covered before. The for profit healthcare industry is fucked up.

out of the blue we got a bit of happy news. Our insurance claim deductible was refunded due to subrogation. Not her fault!!!
Back in the Fall, D was in a serious auto collision involving a gasoline tanker truck. Serious to the tune of $17,000 in repairs to our 4 Runner but amazingly, no one was injured.
Her story: she was turning left from the left lane of a 2 lane road and turned into the tanker that was passing her, illegally, on a double line. She never saw him until…I still shiver to think about it.
His story: she put her left turn signal on, pulled off the shoulder on the right, then swung around across both lanes to do a u-turn and drove into the side of him. Laughable. Right?
She had 3 people in the car with her supporting her story. They took pics and video showing the collision occurred in the opposite lane across a double line where the truck should not have been. There was no doubt it was his fault.
I remember the moment when she called me. “They’re saying it’s my fault!” She sobbed.
The police report came back blaming her, saying a witness in the car behind the tanker supported his story!!! I was incensed, sure the locals in the car were colluding with the truck driver, also local, and maybe the local officer. The officer who responded, told D the truck driver was crying, sure he had killed them and kept saying he’d never had an accident. She said the officer spoke briefly with the “witnesses “ in the car and waived them off as if he knew them.
When the accident report came back blaming her, she was so upset, outraged even, but then she began to doubt her own story. I felt helpless but never doubted her. I called our agent and insisted the accident be thoroughly investigated. He assured me it would be but, other than handling our claim quickly and professionally, we’d not been given any indication the matter was still open.
At the time, our claim rep interviewed D over the phone and received the pics and video. She was out of an office half the state away. She said D’s story definitely indicated it was the truckers fault but after the police report was issued, silence. WTF!
Out of the blue, D received an email today saying she was being refunded her claim deductible due to subrogation. Vindication!

meet mica
Tumblr media
Mica is a 1994 Mitsubishi Delica L300 imported from Osaka, Japan. This year marks her 30th birthday, which in car years makes her a major grandma with six years of life experience on the both of us. As with any of our elders, we have learned an immense amount from her already - she is a little stubborn, tough as hell, and gives back even more to us than we unto her.
When we met Mica, she was imprisoned by the horrifying confines of a used car dealership. With no rust we could tell she had good bones, but she seemed neglected and we had to do something about it. Plus, considering we were running on a fresh-out-of-college budget, it didn’t hurt that she cost much less coin currency than her similarly imported siblings. We drove five hours to go pick her up and purchased her without hesitation (after spending four hours on the phone with insurance). We love insurance agents! They are so respectful of your time and so helpful in convincing you that you will cause $150k in damage to a local bridge. Finally we were on the road home as full of excitement and spirit as two young people could possible be driving their brand-new-super-old future home on wheels. Surely the only challenges would be steering from the wrong (right) side of the road and the 65mph top speed.
Halfway home, we took a mandatory Subway pitstop, ready to tackle the last couple of hours in the dark. Oh yea, we forgot to mention that the forecast leading into this weekend was a winter storm. But anyways, we forged on with hope in our hearts and Subway in our stomachs. At a certain point we noticed that the windshield wipers were slowing down a bit - “must just be the heavy wind and rain”, we said. Kept going. A little while later the headlights looked dim on the pitch black road- “our first upgrade should be new headlights”, we said. Kept going. After a few more minutes, the rapidly dropping fuel gauge needle caught our eyes - “FUCK”, we said, as the naivety finally started to fade. We had just filled up, so either we had a gaping hole in our fuel tank, or something worse… Surprise! It was something worse.
Internally full panic mode, externally calm. Neither of us would dare say a word.
Enter, Saugerties, NY. A small town off the highway which now holds a very specific spot in our hearts. We pulled into a gas station with relief and shut the car off. Mind you, this was still our first time taking this grandma out for a spin, and the first time this grandma had been out for a proper spin since we were born. After gathering ourselves and laughing at what might have been the scariest drive either of us had ever taken, we tried cranking her up again…
nothing.
The rest of the story isn’t underwhelming, but for the sake of the tumblr character limit, we'll just say it involves no ubers or AAA due to a state of emergency for the impending winter storm (which never came), a very kind gas station clerk who may have accidentally shorted our battery but also gave us food and water (guess we looked desperate), our first trip in a cop car (if you didn’t know you can’t let yourself out from the inside), a two night stay at a very comfortable Comfort Inn, and more auto shop phone calls than we have ever made in a 48 hour span (previous record: 0).
Eventually we were picked up by an extremely kind lady named “Mom” and she took us back home while Mica was towed to the only local shop which would dare take an old diesel van. The shop was great, but held onto Mica for over three months just to replace the alternator (the primary culprit) and change a few fluids. Despite being restless from our time apart and dented by a large bill, we were eager to dive into the abyss of building a mobile-home-studio-temple-spaceship. And thus commences over a year of dusk-till-dawn work, non-stop learning, unlearning, and a newfound friendship with Murphy’s Law…

Unnamed 'No Roses On Your Bones' Sequel - opening pitch
Caroline’s phone pinged loudly as she was leaving work around 1 AM, tired and sore from ensuring the reception dinner for a local politician’s son’s wedding went smoothly. It could have been more of a nightmare than it had been–the parents of the groom were, true to type, a giant disaster waiting for a place to happen–but the actual couple had been lovely and clearly smiling for pictures while waiting for it to be time to bolt for the Bahamas for two weeks. At least Caroline could help the pair out by finding social situations for the parents to solve periodically, thereby pulling them away for a few minutes. It was a juggling act, but Caroline was very good at her job.
Sticky and hot in the muggy July air, the air was practically dead in the underground employee parking lot of The Drake Hotel. Fishing her phone out of her purse, she waved a hand at the security guard in her booth when she passed by. As she walked to her car parked not that far away, she thumbed through her notifications, keeping an eye out around her just in case. Kol had put out a new video, better save that for tomorrow morning. Bekah’s Story said she was at a party at Tao Chicago nightclub, which might be true, but when Caroline had asked her if she wanted to stop by for dinner on her break, she’d said she had to work tonight.
The newest notification was a text from Klaus. Before she could read it, she stuffed her phone into her bra as she unlocked her car and opened the door, tossed her purse in on the passenger seat, and got in. Palming the door locks as she started the car, she sat for a second while the Bluetooth linked up and her music playlist started up over the speakers. Then she pulled out her phone and opened his message. When she read it, she immediately huffed, typing out her own message.
Tumblr media
Caroline paused a moment before pointing out that you basically have to commit murder or sign over your firstborn for those tickets this late into the season. Right, she was talking to Klaus.
Tumblr media
Squinting at the screen, Caroline tapped her finger against the side of her phone, thinking. This man held too many cards. Dropping her phone in her cupholder, Caroline tapped the car's touch screen of her contacts until Klaus' name came up. When the sound system started ringing, she pulled out of the parking spot.
"Hello, love," As was often the case when Klaus picked up, his voice sounded like this was the best part of his day.
"I have some conditions," Caroline said as she weaved through the underground parking lot.
She could hear him grinning. "Of course you do." There was a pause. "You're not driving, are you?"
Huffing, she pulled up to the exit and waited while the security bar lifted to let her car out to the street. "Excuse you, glass houses? Those who text and drive do not get to throw stones."
His voice filled with disgruntled pique. "If my insurance agent can't prove I did it, I don't think you should be able to hold it against me."
"Harassment-free technicalities don't include insurance fraud, Klaus." Her way was clear and she pulled out into the street. At this time of night, the streets were free of anything resembling traffic, and it wouldn’t take too long to get back to her apartment. Normally she took the L during the day since there was a stop near her apartment, but the last two times she’d taken the elevated train that ran through most of Chicago at night, she’d been not-so-discretely followed by one of the guys she had one-hundred-percent seen playing bouncer at one of the doors of a Mikaelson underground casino. Which sibling was being an over-protective weirdo might have been a guessing game, if she wasn’t fully aware that exactly one of them had a mysteriously accurate bead on her schedule.
“Perhaps they should? If you’d only spoken to my secretary after your last accident–”
“Zzzt!” Caroline shushed him with one hand, despite him being unable to see it. “That was a tiny little fender bender, hardly worth Dana’s time. I’m saving my descent into villainy for something really worth it.”
“Like baseball tickets.” The smug tone was back in his voice again.
Caroline tapped her fingers against the steering wheel at a red light. “I am not descending, I’m merely… slouching.” When his soft laugh rumbled across the line, she may have preened slightly. Whatever, he'd never know. "Anyways. My conditions."

Tips for Renting a Car on a Budget and Avoiding Scams
Renting a car can either be a seamless part of your travel plans or a costly headache if you're not careful. Whether you're planning a road trip, navigating a new city, or simply need temporary wheels, knowing how to rent a car on a budget and avoid scams is crucial. In this guide, we'll walk you through essential tips and strategies to ensure you get the best deal without falling prey to common rental car traps.
Tips for Renting a Car on a Budget and Avoiding Scams
Book Early and Compare Prices:
Booking your rental car well in advance allows you to secure better rates and a wider selection of vehicles. Compare prices across different rental companies and booking platforms like Kayak, Rentalcars.com, and the official websites of rental companies. Look out for special discounts or promotional codes that can further lower your costs.
Avoid Renting at the Airport:
Rental car rates at airport locations often come with higher fees due to convenience charges and airport taxes. Consider taking public transportation or a shuttle to an off-site rental location to save money.
Most airport locations do not take debit cards with a local driver's license.
Check reviews of off-airport locations before you book with them.
Understand the Total Cost:
When comparing prices, look beyond the daily rate. Factor in additional fees such as taxes, airport surcharges, and insurance costs. Sometimes, what seems like a cheaper daily rate can end up costing more due to these extra charges.
Choose the Right Insurance Coverage:
Rental companies typically offer a damage waiver instead of using your insurance, but these can be expensive. Check if your personal auto insurance or credit card provides coverage for rental cars. Declining unnecessary insurance can save you a significant amount of money.
Inspect the Car Thoroughly:
Before driving off, inspect the car for any existing damage. Note down any scratches, dents, or marks on the rental agreement and take photos or videos as evidence. This will protect you from being held responsible for pre-existing damages when you return the car.
Fuel Policy:
Opt for a rental company that offers a full-to-full fuel policy where you return the car with a full tank. This avoids hefty refueling charges that rental companies often impose if you return the car with less fuel than when you picked it up.
Avoid Additional Fees:
Be mindful of add-on charges for extras like GPS navigation systems, car seats, or additional drivers. Consider using your smartphone for navigation and bringing your own car seat to save on these costs.
Know the Rental Agreement Terms:
Read the rental agreement carefully before signing. Pay attention to mileage limits, restrictions on where you can drive the car, and the consequences of returning the car late. Understanding these terms upfront can prevent unexpected charges later.
Return the Car on Time:
Always return the rental car on or before the agreed-upon time to avoid late fees. If your plans change and you need to extend your rental period, contact the rental company in advance to arrange for an extension.
Be Cautious with Upgrades:
Rental agents may offer you upgrades to a larger or more luxurious vehicle. While tempting, these upgrades often come with higher rental fees. Stick to the vehicle class you originally booked to stay within your budget.
Renting a car doesn’t have to break the bank or leave you feeling ripped off. By following these tips and strategies, you'll be equipped to navigate the rental car process confidently and economically. Whether you're a frequent traveler or embarking on your first rental experience, understanding how to rent a car on a budget and dodge scams ensures a smoother journey ahead. Enjoy your drive!

Dear Judge Nadia-
I've been working with Supervising PD Mathew Robert's office since 2016 on this case- in all it's forms- which originated from atty Lori Clark Viviano's office on real estate fraud.
My x- husband hired her & Christopher Sunnen to complete real estate and Settlements of assets on divorce in 2017.
Instead They hired investigator Mark Milton to beat me into ICU out of Blue Shield Insurance, home, kids, Support, assets, etc. And screamed "crazy" at legitimate appraisals & pre-approvals from lenders on buy out of 1067 Neptune Ave. Encinitasbeachhome.com in Encinitas, CA 92024
Atty Ashby Clark Sorrenson and Paralegal Grant Funk lied about defending my real estate and family.
They're not licensed for those two important legal tasks so quit with restraining orders and attempted life with X's team of attys dozens of times coupled with slumlordingd and financial cyber abuse to hide complicit lies; similar to #FreeBritney in extreme psychologicial warfare and abuse.
I passed mental competency numerous times and what National Board of Realtors and I have found- as a Realtor for over 20 years in California- is that these attys failed to practice "Ethics" and "Race" laws with officers and judges on endless bribes and slumlordings/murders!
Attys Ashby & Grant bullied me into a plea bargain with gigolo actor rockstar paralegal poser Darin David Joye to hide Marine violence in 2017- I said no to 3 min later in right of recision!
I reported all to US and Global leaders - Congressman Scott Peters stated this to be a "civil emergency" to all legal aid hotlines in Sandiego on a 211 recorded line in 2021 - and said I was to have kids and assets returned! Instead they raped me for 10 mo in detention thru 2022! I couldn't even go to tax appointment he set up for me since wrongfully incarcerated. I paid CPA Amy Arronson several hundred dollars to do taxes and IRS failed to comply with rebates! It's December! Dmv.org is also blackballing moms w/ x team consultants!
VP Kamala Harris - as DA- was aware of these crimes and murders against women at large in California and promised to help as Senator- yet 5 years later- friends & I are still witnessing endless rape, murder, DNA theft, data exploitation with all cellular, wireless, wifi, banks, cars, dmv, IRS etc. Because of current divorce frauds.
It's been massive smear campaign against women.
We'd like to press charges against Judge Mathew Brower & PD Mathew Robert's and their DAs for in-house domestic racist terrorism against my family with employees Christopher Stapleton And Jay Curatolo, Olesya Adam's, Jordan, Peter Pwen & countless rotation newbie Minions. Colleagues atty Ashby "Clark" Sorrenson, officer Mark Milton, murderer Mark Ritchie and all bribed nazi cops/drs/attys involved in insurance court custody scam with IEHP Obama care & Blue Shield insurances losing class actions; slumlordings with local brokers like Sothbys- who stole beach home listing from own agent; and referred agent to settle with; Persian broker Neda Nourani!
My profession & colleagues have been attacked by a gross criminal system;
Complicitly breed in Sandiego/Riverside/LA courts for many years; and my x's BFF Daniel Smachtenbergerwas groomed as a child in weaponising divorce and Pedophilia with Dr. Gardner method and drugs.
My children and I were victim of same Psyche drugs as Daniel Smachtenberger's Guru "Osho" Rajneesh pushed on people, in, "Wild Country," on Netflix documentary. Drug Halidol is illegal!
It freezes sex organs & sterilized me and millions of good moms! Need damages for #FreeBritney & I!
911 Charles also raided homes on bribes for Obama phone request and raped with local gay cops on 54398 Valleyview Idyllwild, CA 92549 home/ Idyology work raids for atty atty Ashby Clark Sorrenson & boss Psychologist Carmel Benson/ RE atty Ken Carlsson/ x team on wrongful arrests with Lexus/Idyllwild Realty to smear me as a Mom- realtor- songer- journalist & create "crazy" narrative that's not true.
I passed mental competency countless times yet PDs have time to read docs and represent us etgically- Mr. Robert's continually threatened to rape and murder me- his terrorists still harassing me- as you can see on falsified orders of hos defense fraud.
I want to press maximum charges against all attys and sex workers on X team through Dr's & attys of choice funded by my own assets!
Dr. Sunil Christopher Rawal was duplicitous with BFF (f*** buddy?) Daniel Smachtenberger- Famous Ted X Talk- Guru Coach on "weaponising kids & women!"
Diane Monteil Silverman- "my" real estate client and cheating paralegal "W" - lied about our case to CPS and referred her "retiring" brother in law atty/psychologist pedo Alan Silverman of bay area and Carlsbad; her "Retiring" atty Jeff Fritz- whom we also worked with tirelessly for 7 years- to help get her multi million dollar home thru Vista Court custody battle with Jewish bany dady Philanthropist harem owner Jim Greenbaum!
Yet all Charlatan attys refused to help my family settle.
Then Diane Monteil Silverman referred X to atty Lori Clark Viviano- also conflict of interest- as she represented my clients Bonnie Fletcher (of attempted murder scandal with x Hans Peterson on news!) and famous global Hera Hub owner Felena Hansen!
There's been many conflicts of interests!
Daniel Smachtenberger's girlfriends & wife are famous hookers on "Married & Dating" polyamorus x-rated Showtime Show.
My X Husband is fraternising with sex stings in their homes. No one wants our kids exposed to hornet sting!
See homeworks before you ever judge my mental health again!
Atty Lori Clark Viviano is nothing but a prostitute of Courts for Charles Viviano & larger atty pimps like her divorce atty Jeff Fritz!
Most 1000's of attys interviewed said in so many words; there was a "conflict of interest" because they've slept with Lori, enjoyed sex sting services of her sordid clients murdering and raping our families and communities, or were scared of Bazi services & suffered as victims.
I need maximum insurance on every attys head that wrongfully harassed us with restraining orders like Ashby Clark Sorrenson & his former boss Mathew Roberts/Sherry Stone in Vista PD.
My Forensic Psychologist Dr. Adam Cash- wrote "Psychology For Dummies" says I'm a genius with words in top .001%.
Already stated by Dr. Murphy in 2017 for Sandiego/Vista courts on Ashby Clark Sorrenson & Jay Curatolo's file.
Forensic Dr. Murphy of Vista, felt dumb officers were trying to kill my intelligence with hurtful toxic drugs then and was concerned. He tried to Avert danger, yet attys continually attack us in domestic in-house terrorism with violent "Oath-keeper" officers on bribes for wrongful perverted sexual-assaults/"wrongful" arrests on their own expired ROs!
I shouldn't have to discuss gay dick's ego of Ashby Clark Sorrenson; my infertile X atty who lied to all of us 4 years ago.
Please de-license all of them!
Re-instate my home at 1067 Neptune Ave in Encinitas 92024 along with business EncinitasBeachHome.com & rawalventures.com as well as #Fairshare4childrem & I of ponzi scheme rolling it into rawalconsulting.com- I was never "crazy" and shouldn't have been smeared by violent attys/judges/officers in this self sabotaging glutinous smear campaign over my fair access to my assets & kids; rightfully deserved Alimony and support on a 16+ year marriage, 20 yeard real estate career as a investor moghul, with two divine children; estranged in slavery for 6 years!
Look at their files; lies, lies, lies!
PD Jay felt DA Summer Stephan failed to provide violent footage from investigator Mark Milton because she's blackballed by a racists "Boy's Club" community; cant be reached; with his own boss Mathew Robert's and DA's/Judges.
We were all disgusted with student Daniel Hidalgo's counter investigation in 2016 for us- no follow up or accountability held for racist violent court staff. Bad Customer Service & violation of investigation with fraud.
We just need a "peace treaty" for family and own assets to get our homes, businesses and appropriate Dr's.
Forensic Dr. Cash wants me to have representatives who still have balls to testify in court.
He has PTSD Like me and thank God finally diagnosed me appropriately!
Dr. Cash is terrified of DA violence in Courts, after witnessing a decade of back room handshakes on divorcee murders in Riverside DA Michael Hestrin & gay cop Sheriff Chad Bianco/Jeremy Parsons militia too.
We absolutely don't want to work with anyone on existing x-team in CA and all appear bribed on smear campaign for domestic terrorists.
Press damages please, and stop this Sordid abuse on my family and all effected in #FreeBritney #WeHeardYou divorcees civil activists.
Call it a new #nityalaw4eternity that brings moms and kids back into US Constitution.
My children need me.
Alienation is a disease of British courts.
We don't feel it serves our families in USA.
To hate one's parents severs ones ties with faith, God, and morality.
Military and Government hurt our families with in-house Domestic Terrorism thru Divorce Courts & PDs bribes- endless lies in smear campaign- and murders.
My kids need "Mom" now as do you- our world needs all of these strong Moms  back at home, to be a voice of reason in this time of turmoil and civil war.
No good Mother agrees to her Sisterhood and Children being raped.
We were sold out by Judge Kelly Mok, Commissioner Ratekin, Marine Vet pedo Mathew Brower to endless Criminal judges and dozens of PDs/Oath Keeper cops that also don't know law or ethics; nor respect and stay updated implementing government orders!
No understanding of current laws!
This is an expired restraining order Christopher Stapleton is currently bullying me on from one of your own public defender graduates- posing as a family lawyer on my case- and harassing many other celebrities/royals in my community.
Ashby Clark Sorrenson should not be practicing law, nor have custody of invitro, children he created in Mexican labs illegally for sex sting with body parts of Mexicans; stole my money for real estate family settlement with gigolos, while he lied and pushed Gag orders!
I refused Vista court Gag orders 4 years ago with Ashby Clark Sorrenson & then fiance Darin David Joye as my witness- never served RO- no proof- and attys lie continually on police reports. ( For sex services with sting!
Daniel Smachtenberger's wife, prostitute & Pole Dancer Roxanne DePalma, hooker services to all these Marine Officers, Judges and attys at pole-dancing facilities in Oceanside & Encinitas for court's criminal bribes. She supports her "pimp" husband, defiling millions of marriages globally, grooming businessmen to murder and rape harems of cultures in AI gencide with Physicists!
My ex was also infected & exposed to their hooker massage therapist Sonya Sweitch Goodwin- also harassing and trespassing in our homes.
I have her lingerie and hotel receipts for sex services rendered as proof.
She's groomed by Marine pimp father from TX- but National Domestic Violence hotline there is aware of their military rape & pedophilia issue- yet take bribes to advertise in CA and refuse protection nationally to families- this is false advertising on court websites!
Obviously they dont stop these sex sting originating in Texas either! )
PD Christopher Stapleton knows Ashby intimately from years as bros in court, enjoys same "boy's club," with Gof only knows what drugs & sex services to scratch his itches, and said he's "never known a cop to tell truth, "on any police report."
That's a fact from a Public Defender of 20+ years he failed to disclose appropriately in a timely manner to courts as did 1000's of his colleagues needing to provide reperations before reemployment for Elon in China.
Why do you give uneducated morons (toilette monitors) in government testimony precedence over realtors/journalists and moms with masters and doctorates in court?
Attys and judges are not licensed nor educated to practice real estate law with their thugs and militia, they hire to murder community in name of Marshall Law, on vanity cases!
This is a civil war in Courts and it must stop!
If you are a Judge of ethics with integrity you will settle this now, as requested of courts millions of times!
If not- you need to go too- and we need a new system.
We suffer long term covid now in my family and PTSD from court abuse, yet therapist Dr. Tima Ivanova - of Inland Empire Health Plan #Obama insurance gaslighters, whom we completed several years of therapy with in Sep.- Says she has PTSD too from murder of our property manager Emily Pearson and husband last year. As medical witness- her BFF was there- she's also been forced to lie about pathology reports on bribes for Idyllwild Realty Shane Stewart/Atty Ken Carlsson & local Sheriff/brokers/attys/IEHP/UnitedWay/PNCbank in sex sting to Dr. Adam Cash & I!
We felt it was a conflict of interest for IEHP insurance to refer an insider on domestic terrorism- like Dr. Ivanova- under circumstances.
Tima tried to re-refer atty Ken Carlsson - another intimate relation of hers- whose also already my real estate atty and failed to perform since 2018 on 6+ estates he was retained for on lane website & promised to settle! He certainly gets fat dining at Idyology & nightly locally around town on our dime and bribes! I served him & gf weekly for 6 months- yet he failed to serve us back!
Sex sting tries to hide abuse from Idyllwild Realty there too and United Way slumlording over 400+ tenants- losing Emily Pearson's murdered managers - raped tenants contracts- in a 40% housing crisis!
Shane Stewart and Sotheby's Neda Nourani broker in Sandiego- needs to be arrested with x-cop Keith Harper here on many big investors real-estate murder scams originating in Sandiego!
I'm a journalist of 30+ years.
All is posted at @nityalakshmi108 @nityalakshmi for legal empire with proof and notes to legal team on @twitter - full disclosure law.
I miss my children, parents and homes.
All my Dr's are very impressed with my knowledge of nutrition and practice of Ayurveduc Indian medicine and vitamins to balance hormones and psyche; cleanse hospital toxins.
I'm healing myself now after war on my family in covid Germ Warfare.
They need me. As do you.
One Woman taking stand for sisters creates global Miracles.
Every divorcee in California needs you to stop #Obamacare (see: "I Care Alot" on Netfix & #FramingBritney) "care not court" people beg daily on twitter; stop murder AI Rape.
Many police reports available filed in Sandiego, Riverside & Metropolitan LA against x team pedos for rape & hospitalizations from Marine's head injuries.
I'm moving home to birthstate Illinois, school state Iowa, North Carolina Spiritual Center- I co-created, or my extended family in Hawaii, Canada and France beckon; if you can't mediate today; and expedite this professionally with ethical defenders.
No More "continuances," on  bribed, smear play books.
I'm a mother #1.
That's my job.
If you are a Mom you know tbis role, and you have a duty to keep those bonds alive with respect and dignity to our kids.
It doesn't serve our officers to hate; murder and rape moms/kids- nor groom terrorists like Daniel Smachtenberger to breed incest from Riverside courts in Sandiego by age 16yo in colleges as a child prodigee of pedophilia.
The 1000's of Officers we were abused by are weak terrified bullies, self sabotaging their own industry of defense like fools, and have nor been appropriate defense team for my Army family.
Please have all attys/officers/judges/DA delicensed on our cases.
Elon Musk wants them for manufacturing in China! See Tesla jobs for attys there!
And, I need you all to "Rewind" this to 2017 and settle all real estate fraud on over a dozen homes, plus dozens of businesses, aps and foul play for decades against my father John D. Huntley of US Army & grandfather George Haydn Huntley of US Army & I.
We decline all government services of slavery - need children- with full reperations of assets plus insurance and damages.
I'm happy to donate 10% comission to woman's housing charity in your name too; and any attys/officers that come clean like Sheriff Hanby, Mariano, Lopez & Lardaby - to stop honor Killings by accomplices Judge Clark, Dr. Singh, Dr. Anderson & Dr. Tongue in Las Calinas Detention- will be rewarded adequately by team Mother Maui.
Legal professionals contributing to new peace orders for #FreeBritney #WeHeardYou and I will be compensated with voice to take a stand in our campaign for truth & #Justice4Children- fathered by Dalai Lama and Pope Francis @pontifex
@Potus President Biden and mothered by DA VP Kamala Harris, her 2nd Husband atty Doug Emhoff, and atty sister Meena Harris with literary queen & mom Dr Jill Biden @flotus
Thankyou!
Nitya Huntley Rawal

PS Judge Nadia- last time I went to court with Atty Ashby Clark Sorrenson in 2017von this issue- my letters were sealed.
I am posting this on @tumblr and uploading to @twitter Mathew Rosengart #FreeBritney team for copyright and full disclosure purposes for my extended families.
I feel we have a civil responsibility to whistleblow on violent attys & officers/judges/DA creating crime in in-house domestic terrorism.
My Persian Armenian atty Roseline Farrel had to marry a judge to get protection after her and kids were abused in court's system. She doesn't like fraternising with alcoholic sex sting of courts, but has had no choice to survive- pimped in.
Tulsi Gabbard also had to step down in Hawaii as Senator due to political terrorism.
These "Mom" racist political crimes need to stop now!

Admittedly this applies mostly to smallish towns and only call if you feel safe doing so. (I’m a very boring-looking middle aged white lady with a desk job who has only had minor fender benders in parking lots in broad daylight. I get that my threat level from local police is going to look very different to some people’s.)
But it doesn’t hurt to call the local non-emergency number to ask if the local police will come do an accident report for a non-injury accident IF that’s an option for you. (Some cities flat out won’t do them, some may refuse unless they have bored officers twiddling their thumbs. Our local folks are often happy to stop twiddling and write up an accident report.)
It helps document the damage to both cars and that there are no known injuries at that point. It’s unlikely someone would try to change their story later, but someone “official” writing it down can be helpful if facts/damage done are in dispute later or your insurance is being uncooperative.
And if you can, snap photos of the necessary info in addition to writing it down. Handy if you can’t read your writing later! Might also be helpful to text it to each other.
And maybe download your insurance company’s phone app. They usually at least offer a quick way to contact your agent and maybe even file a claim
